By using Namaz Manager, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Namaz Manager is a personal religious-practice and productivity aid. It does not issue religious rulings and does not replace advice from a qualified local scholar. Zakat tools provide estimates, not legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.

Prayer times, alarms, notifications, device clocks, time zones, location readings, and Qibla sensors can be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Do not rely on the app as your only method for time-critical observance. Compare important results with a trusted local authority and device conditions.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and activity under your account. You must not attempt to access another person’s data, disrupt or reverse engineer hosted services unlawfully, overload infrastructure, distribute malware, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, legal rights, or service integrity.

You retain rights in personal notes you enter. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process, and synchronize that content at your request. Namaz Manager software, branding, design, and original material remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party content remains subject to its stated licence and attribution.

Features may change, be delayed, or become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, connectivity, provider availability, platform rules, safety, rights, or editorial review. We may discontinue features, but will take reasonable steps to protect account deletion and user data.

You may delete your account from Settings. We may terminate access for material abuse or legal necessity. Account deletion is permanent and removes associated synchronized records, subject to limited retention required by law, security, backup rotation, or dispute resolution.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Applicable mandatory consumer and privacy laws continue to apply. The final operator identity and governing jurisdiction will be published before app-store submission. Questions about these terms can be submitted through the support page.
